“Professionalism and good prices.
1) This hotel offers good value for money and the personnel is very friendly.
2) Good room cleaning service. All the rooms have good views with wide viewpoints. The exteriors look towards the great church. All the rooms are very cozy with bathroom, hot shower and TV. Mattresses and pillows are very comfortable with a good heating system.
3) location is 15 minutes to university of Leeds. If the weather is nice you can walk.
4) They have teapot in the rooms very useful to prepare tea or coffee in the cold days of winter. Also in front there is a supermarket, which is very useful”

Tips for other travellers
“It is highly recommended for its tranquillity and silence and is only one Km from Leeds”

“A very accomodating hotel which is good value for money. I needed to change from a double to a twin room at the last minute and they were very accomodating. Lovely breakfast for £5 will plenty of tea and toast. Will definitely stay there again. ”

“A welcoming well-run hotel.”
“Good connection to town and university by bus but give yourself plenty of time for the journey as the road is very busy.”

6th December 2016, guest from Stockport:
“In many respects the standard of this hotel is similar to that of four-star hotels I have been to. The lounge and dining areas are smart, comfortable and well decorated. The parking is excellent.
The staff were friendly and welcoming.
The fixed tap over the wash basin made washing a bit more awkward than I would have liked, but otherwise the room was smart, modern and well appointed. ”

“Nearby restaurants, local cinema, good pubs. The Three Horseshoes has craft beers. Good public transport/ roads to town centre. The multi-storey car park just off Woodhouse Lane is one of the less expensive car parks, is near the University and Civic Hall, and not far from the Centre
